Stevan Rexroat graduated from Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA in December of 2012 with a dual degree in Music Education and Saxophone Performance, as well as a minor in Conducting. He is extremely excited to be spending his first year teaching as the assistant band director here at Oswego East High School. Stevan has experience teaching band, jazz band, choir, orchestra, marching band, general music, music technology, music theory, and drama. Primarily a woodwind player, Stevan has an extensive performance background playing in a variety of ensembles such as pit orchestras, rock bands, concert bands, big bands, orchestras, choirs, and many more.
Stevan is thrilled to be a part of the Oswego East High School staff. He teaches Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band, Music Theory 1, School of Rock 1, Jazz Band, and the Musical Pit. He also assists Mrs. O'Neill with the Wind Symphony, Concert Band, and Oswego East High School Marching Band.
